Cabinet approval to exempt the procurement of Groundworks service from the Council’s Contract Procedure Rules and to award a contract to Groundwork Five Counties. This report also seeks delegated authority for the Strategic Director responsible for Housing, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder, to finalise and enter into all associated contractual documentation.
