Construction of two new Council houses at Cedar Grove Moira
As part of Phase 4 of the Council Housing new
build programme, Planning Permission has been obtained to construct
two semi detached properties on a former garage site in Moira. This
report seeks Cabinet authority for the construction of these
properties to be awarded to the Inhouse Repairs Team as a pilot
project for their involvement in future small scale construction
projects.
