The outbreak of COVID-19 and the challenges it’s placed on businesses has had an impact on the timescales for the refurbishment works at Newmarket. A recommendation has been put forward to continue these works in a timely manner which need to be agreed by Cabinet as soon as possible to prevent any further delays
