Reason for urgency:
Due to the constantly changing situation regarding Covid-19 the Council’s leisure partner, Everyone Active, have been working up potential financial scenarios to understand the financial impact of facility closures and social distancing measures when the centres reopen. This information was not declared to the Council until after the Executive Decision Notice was published on 12 June 2020. Cabinet need to consider the recovery of the leisure centres and the partnership contract with Everyone Active for the period July to September inclusive
