Reason for urgency:
The item is to seek to increase the level of expenditure that has been delegated to prepare the Council's application to the Government's Future High Street Fund. Due to unforeseen circumstances it is likely that the costs of preparing the bid to government will increase above the delegated £150,000. The additional expenditure will be used to fund additional development work required to inform the Council's Future High Street Fund funding bid. The work is required to be completed before the due date of the Future High Street Fund submission, April 30th 2020.
