Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

To seek Cabinet confirmation of a decision taken by the Chief Executive and Leader under the urgency provisions within the HRA Disposal Policy to accept an offer of £210,000 for 26 The Pinfold Newton Burgoland . The disposal of the property was in accordance with the HRA Disposal Policy, which was approved by Cabinet on 3 March 2015, to generate a capital receipt to meet the needs of the HRA Business Plan.
