Littering from vehicles

New legislation was implemented in 2018 which
allows local authorities to issue a fixed penalty notice (FPN) for
littering from vehicles on the registered keeper of the vehicle.
The FPN is £150 with an early repayment of £90.
However, if the FPN is not paid within 28 days the amount doubles
to £300.
