Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Minutes:

The Corporate Portfolio Holder presented the report to Members.

 

He highlighted that there was one Business Rate debt for which approval was requested to write off.

 

It was moved by Councillor N J Rushton, seconded by Councillor R Blunt and

 

RESOLVED THAT:

 

The Non Domestic Rates and Sundry Debt Write Offs that are over £10,000 be approved and notes the amounts written off under delegated powers.

 

Reason for decision: To comply with proper accounting practices.
