Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The Leader presented the report to members. 

 

It was moved by Councillor R Blunt, seconded by Councillor R D Bayliss and

 

RESOLVED THAT:

 

1. The planning enforcement policy which is read in conjunction with the general enforcement policy 2015 be approved.

 

2. All future changes to the policy be delegated to the Strategic Director of Place.

 

Reason for decision: To ensure that a clear and specific enforcement process is followed in planning enforcement.
