Councillor M Specht declared a pecuniary interest in the item as a Member of Coleorton Parish Council. He left the meeting and took no further part in the discussion and voting thereon.

  

The Planning and Development Team Manager presented the report to Members.

The Tree Preservation Order (TPO) be confirmed.
