THAT CABINET:
1.Approves the procurement and subsequent award of a new Out of
Hours Repairs Service contract to commence from August 2026,
following a compliant tender process.
2.Delegates authority to the Strategic Director with responsibility
for Housing, in consultation with the Housing, Property and
Customer Services Portfolio Holder, to finalise the contract and
enter into all necessary agreements.
