Agree that the Breedon on the HIll Neighbourhood Plan should go to referendum

Reasons for the decision:

The council, as the local planning authority, is required to decide whether to accept the Examiner’s recommendations. A decision is required within 5 weeks of the receipt of the Examiner’s Report which in this instance was 7 January 2025. Officers have considered the recommendations of the Examiner and are of the view that the Proposed Modifications are appropriate and that the Neighbourhood Plan is considered to contribute to sustainable development within the Neighbourhood Area and would meet the basic conditions as defined in the Localism Act 2011, Schedule 10 and Schedule 4B, 8 (2) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, subject to the recommended alterations set out in the Examiner’s report.
