Reasons for the decision:

To extend the PSPO for a further three (3) years allowing the existing barriers, fencing and locks to remain in place and to allow for general enforcement opportunities within the restricted areas.

In order for the existing barriers, fencing and locks to remain in place there were no alternative options available.
