Reasons for the decision:
To extend the PSPO for a further three (3)
years allowing the existing barriers, fencing and locks to remain
in place and to allow for general enforcement opportunities within
the restricted areas.
Alternative options considered:
In order for the existing barriers, fencing
and locks to remain in place there were no alternative options
available.
