Following a competitive procurement by
Efficiency East Midlands, the Director of Housing has decided to
enter in to a contract for the supply of asbestos surveys and air
monitoring services
Reasons for the decision:
To provide specialist asbestos services in
support of the delivery of responsive, cyclical and planned works
programmes managed by Housing's Asset management Team

Alternative providers were considered as part
of the procurement process. there is no in-house capability to
undertake this work
