To extend the contract of the Interim Director
of Resources for a period of 3 months up until the end of October
2017.
Reasons for the decision:
To ensure that the Authority has adequate
resources to fulfil its functions.
Alternative options considered:
Not extending the contract. This would place
the organisation at risk of failing to have adequate resources at a
senior level to deliver on the Council priorities, key projects and
ensure compliance with financial and audit matters.
