Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Decision:

That the Street Trading consent issued on 19 October 2016 to Mr Lee Butler, trading as Busy Bees Cafe, A453 Layby, Tamworth Road, Appleby Magna, Measham, Derbyshire is revoked with immediate effect.
Mr Butler must also remove all trading units, additional storage units and any other trade related facilities from the site and to ensure the land it left in a satisfactory condition.

Reasons for the decision:

To promote the Council’s Street Trading Policy objectives.

(ii)Amend the conditions of the Street Trading Consent
(iii)Take no action in respect of the Street Trading consent.
