Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

To purchase Analyse Local Software from Inform CPI Ltd

Reasons for the decision:

Analyse Local Software will enable Revenues Officers to provide more accurate rating appeals forecasting information to the Finance Team, which will help to inform the financial modelling in regard to Rates Retention.

Alternative options considered:

Three companies were considered by the Chief Financial Officers. The product chosen, provided by Inform CPI Ltd, was deemed the most cost effective. It also contained the most detailed database and forecasting information.
