To approve the Service Level Agreement between
Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and North West Leicestershire
District Council relating to the provision of a Tree Officer for
two days a week.
Reasons for the decision:
To allow for the continued arrangement of a
specialist Tree Officer, employed by Hinckley and Bosworth Borough
Council, to provide the services of the Officer in respect of the
duties stated in Schedule 1 of the SLA.
