awarded to Arlinglose Ltd following completion of a
"Request to Quote (RTQ), Band C contract" procurement.
Reasons for the decision:
The major reasons we would like to award the
service to
Arlingclose is on the level of service and information we
are going to receive from them.
Arlingclose Ltd service level and information is more proactive
than Capita. Arlingclose Ltd provide various regular updates and
even on some instance make a phone call on urgent issues to advise
us, whilst with Capita we will constantly have to log on to their
portal to find information.
Evaluation of the bids resulted with a higher quality and
quantity of information from Arlingclose.
Capita will also charge extra for interactive benchmarking
service (£500 per annum), which is not reflected in
their
submission price.
Alternative options considered:
"Request to Quote (RTQ), Band C contract"
procurement
has been undertaken which included a Financial and
Service Quality Questionnaire. Following successful
completion of the evaluation of bids received, the
contract has been awarded to the winning bid based on
the combined Financial and Service Quality aspects.
