2.DELEGATES AUTHORITY TO THE STRATEGIC DIRECTOR WITH RESPONSBILITY
FOR HOUSING, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE HOUSING, PROPERTY AND
CUSTOMER SERVICES PORTFOLIO HOLDER TO FINALISE THE CONTRACTS AND
ENTER INTO ALL NECESSARY AGREEMENTS.
