Chief Executive in consultation with the Leader of the Council to
make any non-material amendments to the final proposal for Local
Government Reorganisation in Leicestershire, Leicester and Rutland
and to submit the final proposal to government by the deadline of
28 November.
Reasons for the decision:
The decision to submit a proposal for local
government reorganisation is a Cabinet function and therefore
Cabinet approval was required. The delegation was approved by
Cabinet.
