Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Purpose:

This report seeks Cabinet approval to consult on the draft
Housing Revenue Account budget for 2024/25 and the
proposals contained within. The outcome of this consultation exercise will be fed back into subsequent reports to Cabinet and Council to seek approval for the final budget in February 2024.

Decisions:

The Housing, Property and Customer Services Portfolio Holder presented the report.

 

The Chair emphasised that getting the Housing Portfolio in order was a key Alliance priority.

  • The Draft 2024/25 Housing Revenue Account Budget
  • The rent increase
  • The Draft MTFP for 2024/25 to 2028/29
  • The Draft 2024/25 Budget Proposals
  • The Draft 2024/25 Fees and Charges
