Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Decision:

To publish the Infrastructure Funding Statements for 2021/22 and 2022/23

Reasons for the decision:

The Council is required to submit an Infrastructure Funding statement by 31 December each year.
Due to capacity issues we were not able to produce an IFS for 2021/22. However, this has now been done alongside an IFS for 2002/23.

Alternative options considered:

The council is required by the Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No.2) Regulations 2019 to publish the Infrastructure Funding Statement.
