Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

To agree to the Council signing a Statement of Common Ground (SoCG) in respect of the issue of Warehousing and Logistics for Leicester and Leicestershire.

Reasons for the decision:

The SoCG was considered by the Members’ Advisory Group (MAG) on 30 September 2021. Subject to a change relating to the Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange proposal, which is shown in red text in the SoCG in , MAG approved the SoCG for consideration and agreement by the individual authorities.

Whether to sign the SoCG or not. The study is a key part of the evidence base supporting joint work across Leicester
