Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

The following changes were made to the Local Restrictions Discretionary Support Grant Policy to allow it to be implemented:
- Update to the payment values
- Updates to when the payments will be made
- Removal of the 2-week application window
- Additional payment for wet-led pubs

Reasons for the decision:

To allow NWLDC to implement the Local Restrictions Discretionary Support Grant policy following the introduction of local restrictions within North West Leicestershire.

Alternative options considered:

None - this decision was to enable officers to implement a previously agreed policy.
