Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Agree to request to designate Neighbourhood Plan area for Breedon on the Hill parish

Reasons for the decision:

Regulation 5A (as inserted by the 2016 The Neighbourhood Planning (General) and Development Management Procedure (Amendment) Regulations) requires that where an application for designation is received from a parish council and the area proposed to be designated consists of the whole of the parish council’s area then the application should be approved. The proposal from the Parish Council includes all of the Parish Council area.
