Efficiency East midlands and having the appropriate authority under
the Scheme of Delegation, the Head of Housing
Reasons for the decision:
To provide specialist services to install,
service and maintain essential equipment to improve access to
tenant's homes, improve mobility in and around their home, or help
with daily living.
Alternative options considered:
Alternative providers were considered as part
of the procurement process. There is no in-house capability to
undertake this work.
