Following a competitive procurement and having the appropriate authority under the Scheme of Delegation, the Head of Housing and property has decided to enter in to contract for the demolition of Queensway House, former sheltered scheme, Measham

Reasons for the decision:

To provide specialist demolition services to enable the future redevelopment of the site.

Alternative options considered:

Alternative providers were considered as part of the procurement process. There is no in-house capability to undertake this work.
