Following a competitive procurement and having
the appropriate authority under the Scheme of Delegation, the Head
of Housing and Property has decided to enter into a contract for
the demolition of Woulds Court former sheltered scheme,
Moira.
Reasons for the decision:
To provide specialist demolition services to
enable future redevelopment of site
Alternative options considered:
Alternative providers were considered as part
of the procurement process. There is no in-house capability to
undertake this work.
