The reason for the change is that during the preparation of the report, it became apparent that it was required to make the title more accurate and reflect the content of the report on the basis of legal advice. The report is seeking permission to appoint a construction company for the build out of Queen Street Measham to provide new social homes.

The report is classed as urgent due to the procurement process being ready, the dates of commencement being publicised, and to deliver the scheme to aid in addressing the housing waiting list.
