The report was presented by the Community,
Environment and Climate Change Portfolio Holder.
It was moved by Councillor M Wyatt, seconded by Councillor K Merrie
and
RESOLVED THAT:
1) The Environmental Health Food Safety Service Delivery Plan
2026/27 be approved.
2) The performance and achievements in 2025/26 be noted.
Reason for decision: To enable the Council to
discharge its statutory duties under the Food Safety Act 1990 and
comply with the Food Standards Agency Framework Agreement by
approving the Food Safety Service Delivery Plan 2026/27.
