The Business and Regeneration Portfolio Holder presented the report.
The Chair welcomed the application for external grant funding and hoped that it was successful.
It was moved by Councillor T Gillard, seconded by Councillor N Rushton, and
RESOLVED THAT:
- The minutes of the Coalville Special Expenses Working Party at Appendix 1 be noted.
- The recommendations made by the Working Party at its meeting on 13 February 2024 be approved.
- That if the grant funding application for external funding for the 125 year anniversary of Coalville Park celebration was successful, authority to accept and spend this grant be approved.
Reason for decision: So that the decisions of the Coalville Special Expenses Working Party can be considered.
