The Housing, Property and
Customer Services Portfolio Holder presented the report.
In line with the Constitution, the Chair of the Council agreed that
the right of call-in be waivered due to the call-in prejudicing the
ability of the Council to implement the decision to bring the
outreach service in house in time for 1 April.
It was moved by Councillor A Woodman, seconded by Councillor K
Merrie and
RESOLVED THAT:
The recommendations in the
report be approved.
Reason for decision: to comply with the constitution of the
Council.
