3.DELEGATES AUTHORITY TO THE STRATEGIC DIRECTOR WITH RESPONSIBILITY
FOR HOUSING, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE HOUSING, PROPERTY AND
CUSTOMER SERVICES PORTFOLIO HOLDER TO NEGOTIATE AND FINALISE ALL
CONTRACTUAL ARRANGEMENTS.
