Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Councillor A Woodman presented the minutes of the Coaville Special Expenses Working Party from 20 April and accompanying report to Cabinet, in particular noting the updates on the proposed events programmes, capital projects, and request for Cabinet approval for purchasing of Zephyr air quality monitoring units using external funding from the Bardon Community Fund. Members welcomed the new proposed events as a good initiative to bring people in Coalville.

Notes the minutes of the Coalville Special Expenses Working Party at Appendix 1, and approves the recommendations detailed within the minutes

and summarised at paragraph 3.0 of the report.

Expenses Working Party can be considered.
