Following a competitive procurement and having
received appropriate authority, the Head of Housing and Property
has decided to enter in to a contract for the Removal of Asbestos
from Woulds Court and other Capital projects
Reasons for the decision:
To provide support in the delivery of
essential planned capital programmes
Alternative options considered:
Alternative providers were considered as aprt
of the procurement process. There is no in-house capability to
undertake this work.
