Following a competitive procurement and having
received appropriate authority, the Head of Housing and Property
has decided to enter in to contract for the provision of
scaffolding services
Reasons for the decision:
To provide specialist scaffolding services to
support essential day-to-day operations of the in-house Repairs and
Maintenance Team
Alternative options considered:
Alternative providers were considered as part
of the procurement process. There is no in-house capability to
undertake this work.
