Grass-cutting on council properties | Due to wet conditions of the grass, we may not be able to cut all of the grass areas of our council properties at this current time; this includes our parks, open spaces and play areas. Our team are surveying the sites and as soon as the areas are dry enough, our team will be grass-cutting as usual. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Exemption from the Council's Contract Procedure Rules in relation to the Council's Finance system.

Given the essential nature of the finance software, we have no choice but to enter into a new contract until the newly procured system is agreed, procured and implemented (estimated October 2019).

Since we don't have a choice for technical reasons but to enter into a contract with the current provider, an exemption will be required.
