That the Street Trading consent issued on 19
October 2016 to Mr Lee Butler, trading as Busy Bees Cafe, A453
Layby, Tamworth Road, Appleby Magna, Measham, Derbyshire is revoked
with immediate effect.
Mr Butler must also remove all trading units, additional storage
units and any other trade related facilities from the site and to
ensure the land it left in a satisfactory condition.
