Following a competitive procurement, the
Director of Housing has decided to enter into a contract for the
provision of a new parking scheme for Hamilton Road,
Greenhill
Reasons for the decision:
To provide improved vehicular access and
additional parking facilities to those currently available for
tenants, visitors and emergency services, as part of Housing's
Environmental Improvement Programme
Alternative options considered:
Alternative civil engineering providers were
considered as part of the open procurement process. There is no
in-house capability to undertake this work
